Are you ready to get “Wild”?
The National Wildlife Federation is teaming-up with Warner Bros., the studio behind “Where the Wild Things Are”, to launch Be Out There, a national campaign to get families and kids to spend more time outdoors. The idea is to get people reconnected with the natural world, to improve their health, happiness and well-being.
The goal of Be Out There is to give people, especially kids, a life-long appreciation of nature. Accroding to the National Wildlife Foundation today’s kids spend twice as much time indoors as their parnets did. That’s terrible.
Let’s hope this movie is great (I’m very optimistic) and that this campaing is a HUGE success.
