Denzel Washington is a two-time Academy Award winner (“Glory”, “Training Day”) who has been nominated for the Best Actor Oscar for the past two years (“Fences”, “Roman J. Israel, Esq.”). Melissa Leo co-starred with Washington in the first “Equalizer” and in the 2012 drama “Flight”, for which Washington was Oscar nominated. Leo won the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for 2010’s “The Fighter”. Ashton Sanders was one of the stars of 2016’s Oscar-winning Best Picture, “Moonlight”. Director Antoine Fuqua re-teams with Washington following “Training Day”, “The Equalizer” and 2016’s remake of “The Magnificent Seven”.

The BFCA’s annual Critics Choice Awards is one of the industry’s most recognized and prestigious awards shows. Jackson is also a member of SAG-AFTRA and votes annually for the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Currently, Jackson can be heard every Friday morning on WGNA-FM and his reviews are also posted on his website, YouTube channel and Cultjer.com.
