“Super Troopers 2” is the sequel to the 2001 cult hit “Super Troopers”. Many of the original cast members are back for this sequel, including Brian Cox. The biggest new face in “ST2” is Rob Lowe, best known for his roles in “The Outsiders” and on TV’s “The West Wing”, “Parks and Recreation” and most recently “The Grinder”, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination. Fox Searchlight debuted “ST2” as part of a theatrical double feature with the original on Thursday April 19th, 2018. Millions attended the double feature across the country, and the money from the double feature is accounted for in the film’s box office total.
