I’m currently reading “The Spiderwick Chronicles.” I want finish all 5 books before I see the movie in February. This will be the first time that I will have completed the book of a film before seeing the film.
Well…in case you don’t know it…there are three “lost chapters” from the second book (“The Seeing Stone”) that you can only get inside certain General Mills cereal boxes. My dad bought three Honey Nut Cherrios…even though he doesn’t like Honey Nut Cherrios. I’m not going to spoil them for you but the new chapters deal with the characters back in the time when Arthur Spiderwick was alive.
This series is fantastic. I’m on Book 3 now and will certainly be done by February 14th when the movie comes out. Maybe they’ll serve cereal at the theater instead of popcorn.
